The LR-2000HiLo™ is a UHF RFID reader designed for Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) and access control applications, including parking entry and gate control. Its integrated reader and antenna system provides enhanced coverage for applications where vehicle height or approach angles can vary.
The reader provides read ranges of up to 25 feet with twice the coverage angles of the standard LR-2000. It uses passive RFID technology, allowing credentials to operate without batteries, and supports programmable read repetition for one-shot or multiple reads.
The LR-2000HiLo supports simultaneous Wiegand and RS-232 data output for integration with standard access control systems. The system ships with an ANT-2012 external antenna and a 6-foot coaxial cable.
