The 2137 Video Entry System is a video-based access control solution designed for apartment buildings, gated communities, condominiums, office buildings, factories, and industrial facilities. The system features a 6.50-inch × 4.875-inch full-color display with an electronic directory and A–Z CALL buttons for visitor navigation. An integrated camera provides live video communication, allowing residents to see and speak with visitors using their smartphone. The system connects through Ethernet with Power over Ethernet (PoE++) and also supports an optional cellular connection for installations where Ethernet is not available.
The system supports up to 10,000 users, 10,000 four- or five-digit entry codes, and up to 10 device codes per user. Three internal relays are provided for door control, and the system can be expanded to manage up to 97 entry points using Tracker Expansion Boards. Programming and reporting are performed through the DKS Community Cloud or Remote Account Manager software. Additional features include a customizable home screen, screen saver, microphone and speaker adjustments, visitor management, holiday schedules, hold-open schedules, geo-fencing door control, live transaction reporting, video recording playback, and support for resident audio or video calls.
The 2137 Video Entry System is built around the eVolve™ 2100 Video Entry Controller, providing plug-and-play installation and integrated control technology. The controller supports Ethernet connectivity through PoE++, optional cellular communication, and cloud-based programming. Additional features include two Wiegand inputs, elevator control support, a tamper switch, postal lock provision, solar power input, an onboard power switch, and compatibility with the DKS User App and Manager App for remote system management.
