The Watchman® W450 & W452 Video Intercoms are visitor management solutions designed for single-family and commercial properties that require a single call group. Both models provide live streaming video of visitors directly to a smartphone and support telephone entry, PIN code access, and photos of access attempts. The W450 operates over LTE cellular service without requiring phone lines or internet service, while the W452 uses a hardwired internet VPN connection and is intended for installations where external camera support is not required.
Both models include a full numeric keypad supporting up to 5,000 local access codes and 64,000 non-local access codes. Unique access codes can be created for long-term, limited-time, or temporary use. Each unit includes one 26-bit Wiegand input for integration with compatible card readers, keypads, or wireless remotes. A built-in camera provides live streaming video and captures still photos when a visitor places a call or uses the keypad. Designated users can also capture photos on demand using the CellGate app. A backlit LCD display and keypad provide visibility in both daylight and low-light conditions, while pedestal and recessed mounting options are available.
The Watchman® W450 & W452 support live video and two-way voice communication through the CellGate app. The system can sequentially contact up to six app video users and three voice-only telephone numbers when a visitor arrives. Voice Mail Intelligence (VMI) detects voicemail and automatically advances to the next contact in the call group. Through the CellGate app, users can remotely control entry points, receive text or email notifications with photos of access attempts, remotely open or close gates, schedule hold-open periods, capture photos on demand, and receive notifications if a gate remains open for more than three minutes. System administration, including user management, access codes, schedules, photos, and event logs, is performed through the cloud-based TrueCloud Connect™ platform hosted on Microsoft Azure.
