The MM-6800 is a Sentinel-Prox™ proximity reader specially designed for mullion mounting in various access control applications. It provides a 6 to 8-inch read range and is designed for both indoor and outdoor use.
The reader supports simultaneous Wiegand and RS-232 interfaces and includes LED and Piezo beeper feedback. Its metal-compensated design minimizes read-range loss when mounted on metal mullions, doors, or window frames. The MM-6800 is compatible with Wiegand access control systems and supports industry-standard 26 to 50-bit Wiegand output. Its electronics are potted with epoxy compound for demanding environmental applications.
