The XR-100 is a switchplate-type UHF reader designed for door entry into buildings and gate entry into parking facilities. It supports AWID uAxcess UHF cards and tags, allowing the same credentials to be used for vehicle and people access.
The reader provides selectable Wiegand or OSDP communication with simultaneous RS-232 connectivity. Its OSDP capability supports migration from existing installations without requiring users to be re-credentialed and is backward compatible with existing installations.
The XR-100 provides a read range of up to 1 foot and can be mounted on a door frame, window mullion, or wall. It requires no reader programming and provides LED and beeper feedback when credentials are read.
