The 2112 eVolve Video Entry System is a residential video entry system designed for single-family homes and small multi-family residential applications. The system enables homeowners to communicate with visitors using live voice and video through the DKS 2112 Resident App while providing remote access management through the eVolve Cloud. Administrators can access system settings from a web browser using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection. The system supports either an internet (VoIP/Ethernet) connection or an optional cellular connection and is available in both surface-mount and flush-mount configurations.

The system features broadcast calling that rings up to four designated phones simultaneously when a visitor presses the call button. Residents can answer the call from a landline, cordless phone, or smartphone and grant or deny access remotely. The integrated IP camera provides live video streaming through the DKS 2112 Resident App, while browser-based programming allows administrators to configure users, access credentials, schedules, entry codes, and system settings through the eVolve Cloud. The 2112 can control up to three entry points, allowing a combination of vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, or doors to be managed from a single system.

Additional programming features include Do Not Call schedules, Hold Open schedules, Entry Code schedules, independent relay strike times, relay status monitoring, relay naming, microphone and speaker volume adjustment, and cloud-based synchronization of programming changes. The unit includes a stainless steel faceplate, galvanized steel sub-plate, backlit metal keypad, illuminated call button, and operates in temperatures ranging from 10°F to 145°F (-12°C to 62°C).
