The 2132 Video Entry System is a compact video entry and access control solution designed for apartment buildings, gated communities, office buildings, commercial properties, factories, and industrial facilities. It features a 4.25-inch × 2.625-inch full-color display, integrated camera, microphone, and speaker for live visitor communication. Visitors can communicate with residents through the system, while residents can view visitors and grant access using the DKS Manager App, a touch-tone telephone, or the keypad. The compact design is intended for installations where mounting space is limited, and a surface-mount option is available.
The system supports up to 10,000 users, 10,000 four- or five-digit entry codes, and up to 10 device codes per user. Three internal relays provide door control, and the system can be expanded to manage up to 97 entry points through compatible RS-485 devices. The integrated eVolve™ 2100 Video Entry Controller supports plug-and-play installation using Ethernet with PoE++ for power and data over a single cable. An optional cellular connection is also available for installations where Ethernet is not accessible. Programming and reporting are managed through the DKS Community Cloud using the DKS Community App.
The 2132 Video Entry System includes features for visitor and resident management, including customizable home screens, screen savers, microphone and speaker adjustments, holiday schedules, hold-open schedules, guest keypad codes, geo-fencing door control, live transaction monitoring, video recording playback, resident audio or video calling, and user auto-expire functionality. The controller also supports two Wiegand inputs, elevator control, a tamper switch, postal lock provision, solar power input, and an onboard power switch.
